I hate Catastrophysing "N".
Those of you amongst my readers if there are any and who have the "N" preference will probably not relate to the above title
"N" for you is brilliant, a flood of positive ideas, a veritable feast for the mind but for those of us with a penchant and preference for "S", the "N" can only bring doom, gloom and a prediction for disaster.
For example if a member of my family is late for a meeting with me, they are not merely delayed by traffic etc, they are dead or dying in a ditch somewhere.
I do not just wait for them to call, I have already planned the funeral, the hymns, the guest list etc
It doesn't help that I am a kind of glass half empty kind of gal anyway
I try to read the Dalai Lamas instruction and enjoy each day as it is, instead of looking forward or backwards but it is still incredibly difficult
So those of you brimming with positive exciting ideas, spare a thought for those of us with Catastrophysing "N" !
